Who we are

What we collect

This site doesn’t use accounts, analytics or advertising cookies. The only information we receive is what you choose to send us. When you apply, the form opens your own email app with your answers filled in, and nothing is sent until you press send. That email includes your name, business details, contact details and your answers to the application questions.

How we use it

We use your application to decide whether we’re a good fit, to contact you about it and, if you go ahead, to prepare and deliver your build. We never sell your information or share it for anyone else’s marketing.

Our lawful basis is your request for us to consider your application (steps taken before entering into a contract) and our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries.

How long we keep it

If we don’t work together, we delete your application within 12 months. If we do, we keep what we need for the length of our work together and for as long as the law requires for business records.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Just email us. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
